This position is responsible for supporting the Order Management System in the Application Service Delivery Team. Once OMS system expertise is gained this role will expand in knowledge and scope to support other enterprise systems. The role will report to the Manager of Application Service Delivery and work directly with other team members including Support Analysts, Business Analysts and Project Managers to provide first class support.
