All that is left with the house is the inspection now. Scotty was wondering if I had any buyer's remorse since I guess that is typical but I don't at all. I got the house I wanted, in the area I wanted for 25k under what I wanted to pay. All in all it worked out pretty fantastically for me. If the inspection comes back with nothing that can't

I'm so happy for you!
Jeff and I close on our new house on 8/15. Our inspection came back clean, so we are excited! It's too bad you are on the other side of MPLS from us...we are on 41st & Pleasant - South Minneapolis. Oh well, you are still in a great spot!
