The Spawn watched The Princess Bride for the first time today. It's great to see your kids enjoying something that you liked when you where little. And its not like i forced her into it or anything. Mr.J saw it was on she just sat down and watched it. It's one of very few "people movies" as she puts it that she will watch.

How do you keep your socks from disappearing??

I use to have socks... loads and loads of em. But then I had children and my socks kept disappearing. At first I wondered if perhaps they were supplementing their diets and eating them and was prepared to feel like a horrible mom. But then I noticed it was their feet eating them... although they had their own socks. Soon they all just disappeared and I seemed to be the only one without them.

Now, there is a puppy... and she eats them. And pounces on them and somehow manages to find them no matter how high or how thorough I hide them. And so, I'm back to wondering why me??? Why socks? Is this a cosmic thing? Some kind of karma because in a past life I stole them or ran the room where all the left socks go? I just don't know...

Ah Gir... Beth loves Gir. I just bought her some Gir slippers.

YAY Gir. Gir rocks my socks. But i haven't got any Gir socks. I should look into that :)

As of yet Isabella can not wear any of my socks. But I'm sure in time she will start stealing mind. It is the way of children it seems.
