Thanks to all of you who read & took time to comment yesterday. You made valid points indeed. I know my way of thinking is clearly flawed as this is an on-going problem for me. I promise myself Id look more closely into my friendships and clear out the ones I do not need or feel are reciprocating back

I think what your mom say has a lot of truth to it. Our families have a bigger impact on us then we think. I do the same thing and make up reason when things do not go right.

That is nice that the Heather dropped off his gift. What did she get him?
