I am so sick of being broke and stressed and even more broke. When I talk to people they all say....Well do you have a budget?!  We have tried the budget thing in the past and honestly it didnt work out for us b/c we just didnt make enough money to pay the bills. We are bad with money and financial decisions too. :( I think a lot of people are.

Are you reading Dave Ramsey's books on finances? A lot of people love his books and swear by his advice.

I hope y'all can get your debt down before the deployment payment arrives.

And get financial stress out of the way.

I hope the books help y'all out a bit! Managing money can be so hard. I'm one of those people who just recklessly spends any extra money she has. >.< I pay all of my bills first though, so that counts for something, right? :x Good luck with handling it all, Leah!

Money stuff is horrible. We're getting better with it all the time, but I hate it when Jens starts nagging about me buying snowsuits for the kids in April. "They won't need them until October, why can't we buy them then?" Well, because in April they cost €20 (that's about the same in US dollars), but in September/October they cost €100. Argh!
