Thank God Donny changed his ways. It always breaks my heart when a sim wants to cheat on my founders/heirs. I can never let it happen :P

But the thing with small houses is that everyone gets in everyone's way, and the parents try to make the toddlers go down the stairs in order to pick them up. Too frustrating.
