Well, I already do that and it doesn't seem to help. Maybe that's because it's become too routine.
When I was starting my new blogs, I woke up every morning excited about setting them up, designing them, writing posts for them, talking about them on Facebook and Twitter. Now it's six weeks later and... bleh. I'm still on track and writing and doing all the things. But... I've definitely hit that six-week wall.
And it's the end/beginning of the month. And I don't have any real plans until the regatta in mid-Nov. And... blah.
I dunno. I mean, it's not a huge problem. I'm not depressed. I just wake up sad. It goes away in about five minutes. I just don't like it.

I'm going to be doing some walking around outside today with friends. I'm hoping my back puts up with it. =P

It all counts.

I just don't know if sweating because it's hot outside counts so much.

maybe putting your exercise down as a scheduled thing in your calendar may help your emotional state?
