God, it's awful. Arrowmont lost some buildings, which is a damn shame. Last I heard, the aquarium was trying to work with some other aquariums to move some animals.
Just horrifying to watch. I sat there this morning and cried.
For the safety of our employees and guests, all of our Attractions will remain closed until the evacuation has lifted. We have a team of Marine Biologists and Life Support Experts inside the Aquarium and are happy to report that the animals are safe.
Oh Kass, I'm so sorry! My prayers are with you and your family, and everyone in the Smokies.
Husby and I have been there several times - it's such a biologically rich area, we brought students down on field trips to study the ecosystems. I loved Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

Husby and I have been there several times - it's such a biologically rich area, we brought students down on field trips to study the ecosystems. I loved Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
