You might just be able to do it, if you're good, you make good tips. everyone kisses the bartender's ass hoping for a stronger more alcohol laden drink, and drunk people...well...they're drunk.

As for the roommate thing....the way you said that means you're shit outta luck. It is rare to find a woman that isn't somewhat a drama queen, it's also rare to find on that doesn't do that with their boyfriend...you end up with 2 roommates instead of just one. Thirdly...you're like me...most of your friends live...elsewhere
Good luck either way and I seriously hope you have enough so that you can move out on your own and pay off all of that stuff you owe.

#2. Good luck with bartending, it can be alot of fun but has it's fallbacks. If you like it enough, make a career out of it, go to sciminars, go to the different classes. The more you know the more you get paid.

#2 Im hoping not to have to make a career out of it. I Have a B.S. in electronic engineering I busted ass for and im damn well gonna use it. Now it would be smart to comment about being a professional bartender in my resume or interview as is shows you do have people skills. Furthermore should I be unemployed and cant find work i can fall back on bartending. Its hard to not find a job..resturants, bars, private parties, clubs..i mean they are everywhere...and especially in dallas.
