A League of Their Own
He collapsed back onto the pillows, breathing hard, a fine sheen of sweat covering his body.
She straddled him, a wicked grin on her face. Her eyes narrowed. “I thought you were an athlete, Adama.”
He needed to catch his breath; she wasn’t even winded.
He grunted. “That was a hell of a long time ago, Roslin.”
A laugh escaped her. “What sport?”
His attention was focused on the movement of her breasts. “Hmmm?”
“Sport. What sport did you play?”
“Baseball. My first love was baseball. I was a Caprican Colonial batting champion. Then I discovered girls.”
His breathing steadied.
She snorted. “I thought you were a boxer.”
“No, boxing came a bit later in life when I needed to learn how to defend myself. And you? What sport did you play, Roslin?”
“I was a cheerleader.”
He laughed. “That’s not a sport.”
She raised an eyebrow. “Oh really? We always had the boys panting,” she whispered in his ear. “Hot cheerleaders in short skirts with stamina and all the right moves.” Her warm breath tickled him.
He shivered. “All the right moves,” he rasped.
With a sudden quick twist, she shifted her weight left to right.
“Ooh-rah,” he breathed.
