Introductory Post
Hello there, unspecified entity. I'm Kasu, and there are a few things you might want to know about me:
Well, where to start... Okay. I've been in fandom for almost four years now, and RPF for three. I started in anime/manga, moved to video games, discovered RPF (first AI, then bandom, then figure skating via the 2010 Winter Olympics, a bit of actorslash via Inception, and then even more thanks to The Avengers and X-Men: First Class), and segued into TV via House and Glee, though I've since left both, and movies via Inception, Thor/The Avengers, and X-Men First Class. I'm a ficcer, an occasional artist, a picspammer, a reccer, a meme addict, and a comment whore, both giving and receiving. My journal? Contains the ramblings, rants, and artistic creations of the entity that is Kasu.
What is not welcome here is hate speech. Sexist, genderist, ablist, racist, homphobic, transphobic, biphobic, misogynistic, religion-ist, you name it. I am a feminist, gay rights supporter, and gender-identity-rights crusader, as well as being religious (I'm Catholic and proud), and prejudices, biases, and hate speech are some of the worst things in the world. If you say anything offensive/stereotyping in my journal, and do not take it down AND apologize when asked to do so, you will be banned. No exceptions.
I am a writer, primarily, although I will do the occasional fanart piece. And I usually write fanfiction, a complete list of which can be found here. I usually write slash, but I do write some het and some femmeslash. Usually, I have one or two OTPs per fandom, so if you're not a fan of them, you're gonna be disappointed. However, I tend to throw random pairings into the background, so be ready for mentions of pretty much anything. If you want to get on my good side, link me some good ones!
