How important good looks is in modern society..

After reading this I got pissed. By any means this case is not unique, but making a little kid suffer from their looks is unbearable. A cute Chinese kid was put aside and someone other took the honor of her "work" because she wasn't pretty enough. *sigh* Pretty damn cruel thing to do for a 7-year old ;__; I feel sad for her.

OMG I read that too. I mean, they were afraid that a little girl with bad teeth would give a bad impression of their nation.

...and judging little kids by looks really sends out a positive message. *headdesk*
