Fall 2012
What do you know its already October! Time flies so fast it's only a few months before Christmas.
Fall dramas are about to start soon/some are starting now already~ Speaking of dramas, I'm not really done yet with my summer list. XD
I got a bit side tracked on Shirato Osamu no Jikenbo. lol. I was looking at my list of dramas in my folder that I haven't seen and realized I put off Shirato on the season that it aired because it was airing along side 2-3 detective dramas. XD
Good thing I put it off that season and watched it recently since I ran out of dramas where I can laugh out loud. I have way too many depressing dramas left in the soon-to-watch list. Chibacchi, [it's the nick/pet name crysta0917 calls Chiba Yudai and I ended up adopting it as well XD] esp his Mousou Tantei Osamu-chan scenes, is so hilarious. XD
I prefer Kanachii [it's the nick/pet name Ryuubb used to call Hongo Kanata when they were chibis and we ended up adopting this as well. XD] doing this kind of role too. I'm afraid he's been given almost the same types of roles. orz
I made a gif but I realized it's too heavy to be posted and I'm too lazy to edit so... I'm just gonna borrow from tumblr. XD

RICH MAN, POOR WOMAN
One can argue that the plot is predictable based on the title alone but, it gave an enjoyable journey to tell the story of the lead characters. Great acting has definitely helped this drama tremendously. It definitely brought me in to a roller coaster of emotions as I wait for every episode, every week for three months and it was definitely hard for me to try to avoid the spoilers which I see almost everywhere : facebook, twitter and tumblr. (UGH. THOSE GIFS! XD)
I commend Shun and Satomi for bringing out that undeniable chemistry that would make one giggle every time they share really cute scenes at the same time make one's heart break for sad ones. I'm happy that great actors like them are given a chance to work on a getsuku drama. It struggled ratings-wise but I'm sure that it definitely won millions of hearts everywhere.

As for the supporting characters, the Asahina siblings, Arata & Saki did not disappoint. They made people hate and sympathize them. I also like how their characters went from hateable to likeable and vice versa. :P
I definitely recommend this drama to everyone. Especially those who just wants to enjoy great acting!
As for what's left on my summer list, I still haven't caught up with Tokkan (I'm eternally stucked on episode 2). A few episodes of Higashino Keigo Mysteries, My dl for Hatsukoi has been frozen. orz Then, I'm planning on checking out GTO 2012 (I have read good reviews) & Kuro Onna soon.
Anyway, for fall I'm looking forward to watching the following:
☆ Yuusha Yoshihiko S2 - I'm really really really excited for this! I hope that it's as cracktastic & as epic as the first season. XD
☆ Double Face - This intrigues me a lot being on both TBS and WOWOW. Also, it has great casting and a really interesting and exciting storyline.
☆ Going my Home - It has a great cast (Abe Hiroshi, Yamaguchi Tomoko & Miyazaki Aoi) and a great writer and director (Koreeda Hirokazu). I expect greatness from this drama. It starts tonight!!!
☆ Hitori Shizuka - The story is intriguing and it has Kaho in the lead. Since this is from WOWOW it'll be hard to get this one and it'd be harder to find it subbed.
☆ Tsugunai - I have always liked Tanihara Shosuke as an actor and also the fact that NHK is doing quality dramas. This is bound to be good (and potentially depressing).
☆ Osozaki no Himawari - Toma !Belated Happy Birthday, dear Toma-chan! I wasn't able to make you a birthday post... shame on me for being busy. & Kiritani Kenta also the plot may sound a bit boring but if they do things right with the writing and the pacing, I think that it's gonna be good.
☆ Resident~5nin no Kenshui - I'm curious to see what this medical drama will bring to the table.
☆ Koukou Nyushi - a drama about taking high school exams. It reminds me a lot of Dragon Zakura though I hope it doesn't move to the preachy teacher direction like most teaching related dramas. I already have the first episode but I haven't started with it yet.
☆ Kekkon Shinai - Kanno Miho, Amami Yuki & Tamaki Hiroshi in the cast I think this is gonna be entertaining. It reminds me of WataRen a bit. :P
☆ I'm gonna test out Keiko and Gackt's drama, Akumu-chan. I'm too curious! XD
