If you have worn shorts and a parka at the same time, you might live in
South Dakota.

I'm not from South Dakota, but I've GOT to know the reasoning behind this one...

LOL!!! Some of the hardier types think that it's okay to run outside to start car, get newspaper, and various other activities, in shorts. However, they do realize it is cold, so they will put on their winter coat, so they don't get cold. Don't ask!! It's just better to nod and say okay. :):):):)

LOL!!!!! I read that one as just meaning ordinary bizarre temperature swings happening in one day. Guess I lived in chinook country a little too long. :p
