Only question is: why would she have a lisp without her front teeth? My tongue doesn't touch any of my teeth when I pronounce an s.

Frontal or interdental lisp is produced when the tongue protrudes through the front teeth when teeth are missing and is the most familiar type of lisp.
I guess it just happens when your tongue sticks too far out and touches your gums. I guess you must have perfect phonetic mouthshapes!
