I just forgot GTO remake 2 also has Miyoshi who had won 2 times prestigious newcomer award in movies, which is an incredible feat for any youngsters. This kid is good but so far she struggles with versatility, I'd say she is a bit too good-looking to be an acting ace.

Anyway, I think Matsuoka's performance in Suzuki Sensei is not noteworthy since her role was a really minor one. I still think her best were in Kirishima and Saito-san 2 (just watch the episode 7 and don't bother the others LOL), and a tanpatsu back in 2012 or 2013 that I watched in Dailymotion (gosh, the link is too long, but you can find it by typing keyword: 人生は-サイテーおやじ-から教わった-漫画家-西原理恵子). She appears to be almost ambidextrous, she was born left-handed but can use her right naturally on-screen when she needs to (see that tanpatsu, Gin Nikan and 35-sai Koukousei).

Miyoshi Ayaka would be very formidable (good-looks + acting skills) if she continues to improve her versatility. She's still young and is gaining experience really fast.

Well, yeah but I was thinking of the genre when I meant Suzuki-sensei and GTO. XD
She was definitely good in Kirishima and the role was unforgettable too. I find it really cool when actors manage to use their less dominant hand with their characters.

Yes, it does. I need to check out more Suzuka's works, especially those involving portrayal of younger main characters that are right-handed. Anyway do you realize she is also a leftie?

The problem with Suzuka's filmography is that they are very hard to find. I've been looking for "Kita no Zero Nen", "Onnanoko Monogatari" and "Kamifusen" for years. :(
Her dramas are much easier to find though. ^^
Ahh, yes. :)

Its amazing how when I'm overseas, all I want to do are watch Jdramas and then when I'm at home, I never watch any even though all I have to do is turn on my TV. I guess DLing is part of the experience! I haven't been watching any newer dramas but have been rewatching a lot of older ones.
