More the same this week. I finished that one still life(got a 94) and now am working on a non-objective piece, concurrently with the sketchbook assignment and government projects. I already applied to VCU - not for the school of the arts, since my portfolio is too small - and am anxious to hear back. The career councilor said I should hear back ( Read more... )

..except.. you're not supposed to say its name.. or else it jinxs the play or something. eep!

Oh, you can say the name outside of the theatre, but when you're inside, you're not supposed to say the name 'Macbeth', so you're supposed to refer to the play as "The Scottish Play." (There's a drama major here that was talking about it the other day 'cause Shakespeare's playing at one of the local theatres here. XD) That's awesome that you got to go see it though; I hope you enjoyed it. Also, congrats on your still life, and on applying and everything! I know applications can be a pain and stuff, so good job on getting yours in early, and hopefully everything'll go smoothly with it and with transferring into different programs later on. ^_^
Hmm, more food in the house... does this food include graham crackers? (WHICH THE ENGLISH DON'T HAVE?!?!?!?)
