'Seven Jewish Children'

A controversial play, "Seven Jewish Children: A Play for Gaza," written after Israel's Operation Cast Lead by British writer Caryl Churchill, will be staged for the first time in Israel in Tel Aviv's Kikar Rabin this evening, as part of Hebrew Book Week events. I read the back in Jan or Feb but seeing it this way is so much more powerful. The actress does it so well.

I watched a couple of months back and it's very thought provoking and I don't see it at all as antisemitic. In fact I'm bloody sick of every criticism levelled at Israel ending in that same old retaliation. Don't these asshats understand that they have made accusations of antisemitism meaningless now?

I think everyone should see this play and let's face it it's not as though it would take them much time to do so.
