Chronic Fatigue

Alright so the diet is working so far. Today I slept til about 9:30. Went on the cross training machine and had nothing but my whole food diet, with the exception of some of matts birthday cake. All those factors should lead to no fatigue in the middle of the day at all. But I was surprised when coming home from the museum today i started ( Read more... )

you might notice being more tired during the first 2 weeks of a workout routine. your body just has to get used to it. after that though - made energy.

i love my kat weeeeeeeeee

As a matter of fact, one of the reasons i started going on the cross training machine was inspired by an act by you. When you came to visit we went to Chapel Hill and stayed out til about 4 and i didnt get to bed til 5am. I didnt have to work the next day until 2pm. PPLLLEENNNTTYYY of time to get a good amount of sleep despite the late bedtime. Well i felt like crap the next day and I bought a soda and kept pumping myself with caffeine the entire shift. I was thinkin there is something wrong with that, I got a good amount of sleep in. So the next weekend I went out with Jaquetta and stayed out until 4am again. and i was like "im gonna work out this time before my shift and see what happens" and i felt great.
