So I dropped off the face of the Earth for a not-so-short eternity. Anyone here who actually remembers who the frell that kat rowe chick is? Out of curiosity, and a desire to reconnect with a happier time, do any of the old crowd still ever visit a site that lately seems to have been given over to Russian spambots and iffy politics? I still try to write. a bit of fanfic, and a valiant attempt at original work that isn't going so well, lol. I'm honestly still having quite a few of the same problems that I used to have back in the day, but I don't think it's good for me to be quite so out of touch, so I thought I'd come and see who was still here, maybe try to rekindle some old friendships.

Which totally reminds me: HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! *hugs* How have you been? It feels like ages since we last chatted.

yeah, I imagine most of my f-list has probably scattered to the four winds, too. I don't facebook much myself (the notification system makes me feel like I'm missing too much from people I'm genuinely interested in hearing from, and getting spammed by people I have no interest in hearing from -- oh, yeah, and don't start me on their data gathering practices). The one good thing LJ used to have going for it was the notification system lol. And the cutsey icons. I'll email you soon *hugs* Hope all's well on your side of the computer monitor. Mobile devices can be odd little beasties when it comes to cooperating with certain websites. Phones are the worst, but even my tablet can be temperamental.
