I'm trying to cut carbs this week cuz I haven't lost any weight this Holiday season and that really pisses me off. In fact, I feel as if I've gained a pound or two, at least I see it on my face. The scale says I haven't gained or lost but whatever, what does it know, right? LOL

What you may want to try to kill the cravings is to go into induction. Which means NO carbs at all for at least 2 weeks... Maybe a slice of toast every 5 days to keep you balanced.
The reason why you crave carbs is because of teh way the body translates the carbs and breaks them down for sugars. Once you do the transition, you'll see you crave them less :)
