I have been motherfucking sick since Memorial Day Weekend.
It's some stupid fucking stomach flu from Hell and even now (6 days later) I still suffer the remnants of this horrendous sickness.

So, the diet has been going good this week (except I'm still sneaking chocolate but shh!)
After cheating for a week straight and gaining about 4 lbs, I've been super fucking strict with both the gym and diet this week.

So, as I type this, they are installing the new desks in my office YAY!
I get my very own badass huge desk! Before I was in this lil wooden one that looked ghetto.
But since I am a woman with an assistant, I now get something more appropriate, I guess LOL

Weight Loss
I lost 4 more lbs. from last Thursday to this Tuesday and that makes me feel really good.
I'm at a total of 16lbs lost with the South Beach Diet, and 42lbs lost overall since October 2007.
Also, I had to go shopping because all of my clothes looked ridiculous on me. I was surprised to find that YAY I don't have to shop in the Women's Plus section. ( Read more... ) -

So, turns out all my moodiness and blue-ness turned out to be
lack of vitamins.
Who knew?
Anyway, so I have to take a multivitamin every morning while I stay
on the diet to feel balanced.
