T-mobile support -To Bill

I called T-mobile about my crappy service. It would connect me to data network for about 5 minutes after rebooting but then drop me to 2 dots. In the 2 dot stage, I was unable to send and recieve calls. I called T-mobile and here is my log from that while talking on the phone with them. What else are you supposed to do when you're on hold
