I don't know what I was doing wrong, but I can now perfectly cast the barrettes. You'd think a 1/1 mixture would have been EASIER for me not to fuck up but alas, I managed. I now have two perfect Yoko barrettes and can always make more.

You should have had the suits shipped out to me! It would have been a little easier. Like I have said before on my journal, the only thing that keeps me occupied right now is cosplay and creative projects so I'm not leaving anything undone.

Awesome! I've got more smoothcast coming if you want some more for the barrettes. Have you tried putting a hair clip or barrette in the resin before it's cured? It'd make the skull stay on better than glue.
