Why is it so hard for me to do the one thing I love more than any other?

I've spent the last two weeks snowflaking the new novel. I've got 15,000 words of raw detail, notes, outline. The thing is almost written except that it's not. These are all notes. And what do I do today now that I have a database with each and every scene or sequel listed,
