There is a flock of red-crowned parrots that roosts in the sycamore tree outside my new apartment. I love their little sleepy sounds as they settle in for the night.

I visited the Hsi Lai Temple in Hacienda Heights today. I gave an offering to Kwan Yin's statue and someone showed me how to bow and whatnot. I'm moving back to CA on Saturday. I am pooped. I have not packed and I have not gotten my paperwork finished, the paperwork I was supposed to have finished a year ago. I am FUCKED. Too tired. Sooooo tired. I had the crappiest sleep last night. Had retarded virus dreams, too. My throat hurt and I snored so loud I kept waking myself up.
