I'm thinking about getting sponsorship for a run across the country. I'd like to make a political statement with the run, and maybe get some Hollywood attention too, as I've wanted to be an actor, and I'm tired of letting life happen to me. Blog it, too. Not LJ, but a decent blog website that you can put some ads on to help fund your run. Also, to get the kind of attention you're looking for, you'll want to brand it, And, you'll want to put together some press releases and advance send to small local papers and stations when you'll be heading for their town. You Tube is a great idea for the venture. Get people to run alongside you for a space and have that on youtube maybe.

That's the plan. I'm looking into corporate sponsorship right now: ATT, HP, crystal geyser, progressive, GM/saturn, basically corporations whose products I already purchase.

Youtube is one of the ways I'm going about doing this. Finding a good blog site...I have no idea: suggestions are welcome. I'm putting together a proposal now. I think I might run for Marriage equality. My friend says wear a bulletproof vest through the bible belt, lol.
