You already know I love this story (Duh!) but I wanted to say it again...
Loved the new ending too - As a matter of fact, patient and doctor are both doing well, thank you, and will continue to do so
Take that, Greggie-baby! *grin*
And Foreman and Wilson both ROCK!
Hopefully, this will not be the last fic you write for this fandom....and if it helps, I will volunteer my OCD-ridden beta'ing services in perpetuity....
No, no, I have to go back, I need to change that sentence, how could she tell him the patient is doing to be okay, anything can still happen.... aarrgggghh!
must resist need for perfection....must resist need for perfection...
Thank you. I appreciate all the conversations and your Big Red Pencil...er... encouragement.
It's certainly seductive to make them behave the way I'd like them to behave ( Go Foreman! You tell him, Wilson.). Last night I swore this was it for writing, but maybe....

Nah, I'd leave it. I think it still works. Hey, if canon can conveniently pretend that 'everything is going to be fine' once the ep. ends (your point about Carly and eating disorders was a good example), so can you!
must resist need for perfection....must resist need for perfection...
Yes! Resist! Join me in frolicking in the non-OCD fields of 'It's good enough!' *smile*
Big Red Pencil
Hey! *elbows you* You promised not to tell anyone about my 'pencil'!! *shifty-eyed look*
Last night I swore this was it for writing, but maybe...
Oh no, we want more! Pwwwwease? Pwwwwwwwwwwease? *makes Wilson puppy-dog eyes at you*
I haven't managed to make my way through all the stories yet. I have a strict personal rule that I won't read any stories until mine is done - and I just emailed mine to my beta a little while ago.
I like how Foreman gets protective of Cameron on the show, they're moving beyond just co-workers and I wanted to give Cameron a friend of her own like Wilson is to House.
The nice thing about writing fanfic is that I get get Cameron to behave as I want her to, and I really want her to drive House crazy by snarking at him instead of being wimpy and needy.
I love how you wrote this, the two points of view and how they both deal with things. Big brother Foreman rocks, I can imagine him letting Cameron crash on his couch after she'd had a few too many....Also, it's great how you incorporated Shakespeare's sonnets into this, very original. Me likey!
I didn't like Foreman at first, but he won my heart when he was the only one who snarked at Chase about his behaviour (in Babies and Bathwater) and I liked him getting all protective of Cameron in Love Hurts.
I'm glad the Shakespeare was okay. That sonnet with all the self-loathing about giving in to the lover but unable to do anything else just seemed very House-like as he felt about Stacy.

I wanted to make them angsty, but still have her come out of it with some strength and self respect. Driving him crazy is a bonus. ;)
It was fun to write. (And my first House fic that I actually finished.) Thanks for some good guidelines.

Wait... (Checks to see if therapy is working)
... Okay, tentative toe-in-water frolic
You know I can't resist Wilson. Foreman, Chase, Cuddy, Cameron, even House, but I can't resist Wilson. Drat you for pulling the 'puppy dog eyes' card.

And I'm glad she put on a brave face for House the next day.
Loved this :)

And very many thanks for organising the ficathon, I never would have written anything without the push.
