(This shows how big the poster is. The pen next to it is like 12cm long)
Before we begin, here are some friendly reminders.
-This is an unofficial, private chat between Primuler and Mr. Yu. What's said in this conversation are merely opinions.
-The conversation may be a little different from what was actually said as it was filtered through a Zutarian's ears.
-Mr. Yu directed the animating part and did storyboard for few scenes in Avatar. The one who's in control of general storyline is Bryan and Mike.
Sorry, the director gave me a 'very' big version of poster, so I can't scan it. And he said that he would prefer if the poster was not shared out as it was a present to Korean fans.
Signed, with yesterday's date on.
I wasn't able to go last Friday as the director was too busy. I got to go there yesterday. I don't remember much about what I've asked him as I was too excited. I couldn't take many pictures as I forgot my camera (dammit). Still, it was worth it. I went there with such a short notice. Even though they said I could come anytime I want, I feel sorry for them about that though. I was busy on my own too. Anyways, they showed me around the studio, and Mr. Yu gave me the poster. I got to ask him some questions then.
About poster: The poster is a pure fanart. The scar on Zuko's shoulder doesn't imply anything. Same to the clothes&facial expressions too. Though if there was something to be said, he was extremely sleepy when he drew it and he thought that Zuko got a burnmark on the shoulder too when he got half of his face burnt by Ozai.
About Zutara thing: He told me that one of the Zutara fans actually sent a mail to Bryke, saying that he/she'll suicide if Zutara doesn't happen. I wonder what happened to that guy. But he said that he preferred Zutara than Kataang and Aang was like (Erm... how do I say these words in English... he didn't say anything bad about Aang though) anyhow, Bryke insisted that the series should end in Kataang so the series ended that way. After all, they're in charge of storylines and all the other stuffs. I told him that Zuko's VA actually volunteered to participate in the 'Zutara Ending' project (which I don't know what has happened to) and he was surprised.
I told him that the last battle between Azula and Zuko was my favorite scene in Avatar and he said he and his team nearly went insane doing it as it was so hard. Especially the part where Katara traps herself and Azula into the ice. The idea was great, but it was so hard to do. He showed me some of the works he drew to make that scene and it was totally amazing! I asked him why Katara had to end Zuko's battle with Azula when it was his fight. He said that's because Zuko risked his life to save her. He said that he thought the scene where Zuko risks his life to save Katara was pretty important. (This is just my opinion, but I guess it was because it showed that Zuko and Katara finally trusted each other totally, ending their enemity for last few months)
About season 4: There were some discussions about it after season 3 ended, but as it was decided that this series will stop here from the first season. He said that the team could make another season if they liked, but they wouldn't. It was said that Aang's story is over, although they could continue it. If there were another season of Avatar, it wouldn't be about Aang and his friends.(And I think you guys know this already)
There were some other stuffs I asked, but my memory fails me... so that's all I have for now.
p.s. Can someone tell me what Dante Basco is saying here?:
http://britt-marie92.livejournal.com/12808.html I can't catch his words. My bad English.
pps. I will return to add more details if I think it's neccessary.
