my step dad just seriously pissed me off. I finally got my grades today and I have a 3.5 fucking GPA! THATS WITH THE F INCLUDED. I was happy as hell and then i told my step dad and I was in a really good mood and he just says oh thats crap. That's a horrible GPA and you  know it. You know you can do better; you just have to push yourself

It's just okay so i didn't try my hardest but i did try. I got the F on purpose so I can retake it in summer school and get an A. I really did try in every other class though. and they just flipped the fuck out. A FUCKING THREE POINT FIVE THOUGH! THATS GREAT CONSIDERING MY GRADES! That's almost all A's other than those three grades for both years so far [ninth and tenth]

I'm really sorry. but, obviously, you didn't try your best. you got distracted and stuff. just simmer down, ignore the negativity they create in yourself. you did what you did, and you can't change that, and neither can they. and if they think you're horrible, then that's their mistake to learn otherwise from.

I have the same problem! I haven't gotten my grades yet; but I have one C which is probably what's gonna ruin a few weeks of my summer.
I get yelled at for Bs too. :[
But your dad's being dumb, 3.5 is EXCELLENT and they should realize that.
