So awhile back, over the summer, I bought a book called Poison Sleep and posted about it in here. Thought it was a pretty cool book, but got the feeling it was a sequel and didn't know where the first book was. And then the author commented in here, confirming it was a sequel, and I promptly got so excited by pointing out this comment to friends

I'm gonna admit a tl;dr on this one because it's late and I'm tired, but I just want to note that I totally recognized the titles of these books because Dan Dos Santos apparently does the covers and I recognized them from filenames on his website. Also because what I assume was the Poison Sleep cover was my desktop background for like 3 months.

So sue me. I don't read too much these days, but I sure am an art nerd. =D

Yes, that's Poison Sleep. Also, I think I knew that you knew the artist. I'm pretty sure you saw Poison Sleep when I had it at the cottage and recognized him. Or something like that. For some reason, I hear more about the cover artist than the author. XD
