Alright, so at some point earlier this week, things got awesome :D

It all began with a horrible clanging sound coming from the vents (which I couldn't hear in my room due to OMGLOUD friend of roommate. After having heard the vents in action, I do not understand how she managed to drown them out). I was fetched by Miss Daahcy, who offered to take me to the basement to find the room from which the noise seemed to originate. She'd ventured out before with... oh dear. Olivia? I think? :X I'm sorry!
Anyway, so, we trek off to the basement and indeed, from the many locked doors, there's horrible clanging sounds and it's all very horror movie, really. So, since we can't sneak in to said locked rooms of ominous clang, we just generally explore the basement. This mutates into an in-depth exploration of the entire building, which leads to the conclusion (after I flip a switch and momentarily plunge a hall into darkness) that we are trusted far too much. I hope I didn't destroy anything with my switch-flipping. So, we find crawl-spaces and a study-room, all kinds of switches and circuits, and other such common-place discoveries. At one point I obtained a paper clip and we tried lock-picking, to no avail. There were fridge-ventures, and that's all I'll say for now :D
Man, I don't remember the order of any of this, really. We ended up back in the basement, in the laundry room this time, and because I am on crack I thought it would be a good idea to see which devices I can crawl into. I fit in the dryer well enough, but the washer was far too small. And it spun, which was not at all safe ^^;

So, we eventually ran out of nooks to poke our noses into, and we went to go badly play pool :D Before we successfully make it to the pool tables, we first have to explore the basement and all sorts of other places we're not supposed to be.
I'm getting bored with this story. So, we play pool/flail with the cues, steal and eat bread from the cafeteria, and walk around the campus. We'd intended to visit the roof of the old dining hall, but Mr. Cop Man was patrolling and it was much too risky. So, we make our way back to Asbury, and our paths lead back to the basement. For the life of me I can't remember why this happened, but a decent amount of brick was kicked/pried from a wall and hidden in various places.

Eventually, around 4 AM, Darcy was convinced to go to sleep so she might survive her classes. This must've been Thursday night, then.

Point is, random and useless mischief is good fun! It makes life swell.

Funtimes adventures coupled with my present lack of roommate and the looming promise of break make for a pretty nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, aforementioned lack of roommate means I've thrown myself into squalor for the time being. Utterly and unforgivably lazy, man. And I've been doing that thing where sleeping isn't an option until the sun is up. Whoops.

I miss Flight of the Conchords. And muh seestwar :(

The Mighty Boosh is pretty win, though. I wish the internet would be more useful in yielding it to me.

This has gone on far too long.
