Movies and whatnot
Hannibal Rising and 1408 are both absurd and terrifically fun. Especially 1408, although Hannibal is unreasonably adorable. Nobody should ever be that cuddly whilst blood-spattered and homicidal, although the dimple in Hannibal-guy's cheek is vaguely disturbing. And gargantuan.

So these kids who live down the street from me built a six story tree-house. It's incredible, and a total death-trap, but very impressive. It looks like they're aiming for more stories, too. Man, I've been feelin' all crazy lately. I personally blame the possum.
Beach Day was... Friday, yes, and I got a very odd and super-painful sunburn, then went and sat in a tree with Kyle and Elise. It was a very good day. After that, more beaching with Taylor. I need to remember to wear attire intended for swimming next time, though.

I really, deeply dislike possums. Especially unexpected possums.
A rather small unexpected possum seems to have taken up residency on our back porch, and as it's warm now and we've taken to leaving the porch doors open, I keep expecting the thing to have evilled it's way inside.
