I friended your Nano project the other day but just haven't had a moment to write a proper comment.

This story seems to be shaping up into something interesting. I like the dynamic you have set up between the two boys. Sirius being somewhat brash to cover up a bit of his nerves is almost always a favorite of mine. I also like that you have Lily in the mix, it adds a nice question of who else she may have hinted to about Remus and who knows what and what sort of problems that may bring out in the future.

I look forward to seeing where you take this. :)

Now, seriously (I adore this word...). I really like the story. I find both Sirius and Remus perfectly IC, and still it's intriguing how you place them in your AU. You've made me very curious as to how the AU works, so I'll be waiting impatiently for further disclosures. Your style is smooth and fluent, very comfortable to read. I'm definitely enjoying it here and will be really happy to read more.

Oooh, I love this! My brain was melting and I had to take a break from my NaNo transcribing so I dug this out to read it. Glad I did. I should get back to NaNo now, though... last time I counted I was about 9,000 words in the hole.

how goes your Nano? What's the premise, if you don't mind me asking. I'm always curious what others are writing about :)

Gah, as far as how behind I am, I don't even want to talk about it, heheh. I am supremely unworried at this point as I have somehow convinced myself that I can still make it, lol.

I'm building on the history of a character that I play in a RPG. It's a potter-verse-esque world in the game, but I've only loosely associated with it in my fic so that it doesn't quite fall under the heading of fanfic.

It makes it easier, starting at the end and working backward. At least this way I know where it's going. I just have to discover how it got there.

I'm still behind but I've got about eighteen pages to transcribe before I can give a wordcount.
