oh my goodness, I am so sorry for the hold up with this part. I wish I could say that I've been extraordinarily busy but the truth of it is I've just had a major major case of writers block when it came to this section. I really hate writing backstory and so I kept skipping ahead and writing more fun things before finally coming back and finishing

Ooh, backstory. I'm really intregued by what happened. Peter caught and sent to Azkaban. Regulus alive and a hero. *gasp* What next?

I do have a, continuity issue I should probably bring up. You mentioned the date of one of the articles Remus brings up, dated August 10, 1965, which talks about Sirius when he was a teenager. Shouldn't this be 1975? Or is this deliberate?

Anyways, I'm looking forward to the next update, which I assume will be soon since you menitoned you have some written already *hopes*. :D
