Oh, gosh, I must have been about her age the first time I cut my own fringe too! Very very wonkily. It's one of the landmarks of growing up, that is ;p

I think the hair cutting thing is pretty much a standard part of growing up. I don't think I did it, but I remember Heidi did. More than once. And when she was a teenager, instead of plucking her eyebrows, she shaved them with a disposable razor. They never grew back properly after that. ;P I think both of Kellie's girls did it too, but you'd have to ask her to be sure.
I think if I had tried to cut my hair, my Mom would of blown XD Though i will admit to cutting it myself when adult when I didn't have enough money for a proper haircut.
