So I've gotten pretty into the Fruits Basket Manga lately. At first I didn't really like it, but I've gotten Really emotionally attached to the characters. I didn't think I would be able to relate to Kyo so well... of course it's the one with anger problems hahaha. But like I was reading #6 today and it totally made me cry v.v I'm pathetic I know.

Don't confuse love with abuse of unconditional loyalty. If you just "sit there and take everything from them...", you are giving the other person permission to have power over you and power is usually abused by the power holder! Ask yourself, what are the other person's motives? Is it really about love or is it really abusing your loving nature to get something from you? (beware the lines: "if you really love me you would do X,Y,Z").

Pride, self-worth and personal safety are much more important to you as is what lies on the road ahead. At the end of the day you have to be comfortable with the choices you make.

"Right now" changes its definition every hour, every day. This doesn't mean you can't have a loving,loyal relationship, but remember to look at the whole situation, not just your part of it.
