I can still walk

My knee hurts and my thigh muscles are sore but I can still walk - that's such a revelation and I'm so pleased 'cause I've got to continue the training to the triathlon on the 1st June and can't really afford to take tons of time off at this time!!

an easy swim might help today, don't run until Wednesday, then maybe an easy jog/walk... it's important not to over exercise sore muscles! Well done!
