So I no longer have to do far away supervised visits. But..this is a bad thing. We went to court on Thursday and the judge decided to dismiss the jeapordy on the mother. That means that all her children have to be returned to her immediatly. It is crazy...the judge said yes this and this and this and this happened but there is noo jeapordy.

That's so wrong. Cris and I have actually discussed children, and both of us would like to adopt, but the fear of having something like that happening makes it a really hard choice to make. I can't imagine having to give up a child that you see as your own, knowing full well that the child is probably going into a situation that isn't nearly as nurturing.

Yeah I know it, I can't imagine either. It sucks because you know the child would be better with you but you are helpless to do anything about it. And their foster parents must worry 24/7 about the little guys.
