I swear, man, Romanians' got some nerve. Both our landladies (we had to move half-way through as well) were these little old neurotic nut cases. They were both either just plain crazy, or totally manipulative - I honestly think it was a bit of both.

Any chance you've got the number of the PC Buc office? I'm in the final stages of landing a job here in NYC and HR wants to talk to either Jim or Mirela Creanga as a reference and it's hard to do via email with the 7 hour time difference.
