i'm getting better, slowly.  the new medicine really makes a difference.  for the first time in a very long time, i'm starting to feel normal again.

which is not to say that it's all better and will never come

haha, that's hilarious because i work at the F&M on 7th street, next to the GNC. i can't believe we haven't seen each other already :)

as for the meds, i'm actually going back on lexapro (the first of the five meds i've tried) but at a higher dose than i took previously (20 mg instead of 10). the psychiatrist i'm seeing in frederick is amazing, i would highly recommend her. her name is trevia hayden and her office is on tj drive. honestly, getting the right psych seems to have made all the difference in getting the good meds.
