I've spent a lot of time on the phone in the last few days.  Shutterfly's hold music is some sort of crappy elevator music (reminiscent of Kenny G), and Kodak favors The Eagles.  Photobucket, apparently, does not believe in hold music.  At least none of it was "holiday music".  I might have thrown the handset were that the case

I'm not so sure I would be entirely comfortable having "You can check out any time you like/ But you can never leave" told to me by any store's computer system...
