Since I've become a "grown up" I've forgotten how fun and silly ska music can be. I need to listen to my Save Ferris and No Doubt albums more. They always did make me happy when I was a teenager.

I want to get some more ska music though. Right now, all my "ska" consists of pop ska stuff (Save Ferris and No Doubt). I need to download WinMX again, but I'm scared to. When I tried to update to the new version a few weeks ago, it had a virus attached to it!

I like the Bosstones and Voodoo Glow Skulls. Madness is good. I'll check out the other second wave bands as soon as I have Win MX again. I always like to start with the older stuff and work my way up when I'm getting in to music that's new to me. I must check out the Porkers though, since I know you love them so much. Reel Big Fish was good. I want to hear more of their stuff. Less Than Jake was good too. I have them a couple of compilations.

I've been listening to a lot of No Doubt lately. Emmy loves them, and I think they're my guilty pleasure band. I'm even liking the new stuff.
