People are seriously insane over hosiery. I still can't believe some of the replies I got when I suggested to Jezebel that nylons aren't the worst fashion faux pas ever (in post about what to wear to work, even).

White tights, though? Unless it's part of your a naughty nurse costume, or your age is in the single-digits, that's a no-no.

At least they're not arguging with us about wearing pants. It's at that point that I would be genuinely concerned instead of just bemused. I wonder if jasminelily's upcoming Dont Wear Hose With Open-Toed Shoes post will raise this much ire?
