First business trip!

I just had a GREAT experience on my first "business trip"! I went 2 1/2 hours south to my company's headquarters (it's a charter school management company) for a training in a trauma-informed slam poetry program that I've wanted to do for AGES and I'm finally being given the opportunity to get it started on my campus!!!

I'm so happy for you! This whole entry is beaming with joy and optimism. I never doubted you were smart. And knowing you, of course your kids will be smart too. You go out there and make things happen!

The business trip sounds wonderful. The massage is a nice touch. Here's to hoping it's the first trip of many!
