you left out the Cocteau Twins EP Sunburst and Snowblind :)
I love sledding more than anything!
oh! I should try out snowboarding this season...never have done it before. Not that I'd replace anything with sledding.

oh yes! that would replace the windmills if i could be bothered to edit these things.

you know, i've never been sledding, theres just not enough snow anymore. i've never even seen a sled! i have been pushed down a grassy hill in a cardboard box when i was a youngster but i imagine its a somewhat more exciting in a sled! snowboarding sounds a bit XTREME SPORTS GRRR! for the likes of me :-) i'll imagine myself in a pretty red sled with er sledbells on the side instead.

gorgeous welsh cheeses

Ooh, did you get any y Fenni (mustard seedy goodness)? I live for that stuff...

I'm getting excited about Christmas in Brum... have you seen the giant snowflakey crystal things strung up in between the two Bullring buildings you have to walk in between to get to St Martins? they're sehr gut, when I walked past them this evening, the church bells were pealing as well, it was lovely...

I've decided that, come the Christmas market, I will sample something new and exciting for my lunch/tea each day till I run out of delicacies, and have to start aaaaaall over again..

i loovvvvvvveeeeeee the brum german Christmas markets, even the evil metal father Christmas! they have lots of lovely food there, but theres never anywhere to really eat. lovely appley type fry ups and sausages! though i always get suckered into buying the normandy crepes and i always bloody hate them. hopefully i'll have a bit more cash to spend this year, they always have gorgeous wood carvings and metal toys. and of course, the carousel! i don't know if they have that coke sponsored advent calander this year (i think it may've been a one-off?) where they had giant displays of dancing plum puddings and snowmen (subtly featuring cans of fizzy cola somewhere), that was fantastic!

as for ze cheese, i'm not sure what they were. i don't recall trying anything peppery which is for the best really as i don't really like the stuff.

The Marine Research version is many times better. It's quite, quite beautiful.

Laverne's version, although good, just isn't quite the same.
