Seriously? You don't remember? Come on, it was that one night, you know, THAT night, when a bunch of people dragged you out on the town, promising they were going to show you a good time, and they ended up getting you drunk, and we sang a ridiculous karaoke duet together (a song neither of us really knew, remember that?). And then that guy, the one with the beard and the tattoo of his mom's name, broke down bawling because it was her favorite song, and one of your so-called buddies laughed at him, and pretty soon the whole bar was brawling or bawling, and neither of us could figure out which was singing the Dolly Parton part and which was singing the Kenny Rogers part, and somehow we both ended up on the sidewalk in the rain, except you were the one missing her pants and I was the one missing her shoes.

Man, that was a crazy night.

Oh, so those were your shoes that someone just left on my doorstep? And the song...what was it, Diamonds in the Stream or something like that...anyway, I think I saw someone's iPhone video of it on U-Tube, and I can't tell which parts we were singing either, but we did a damn good job! We should get together and do it again sometime! Cheers!

Actually I know we dont like to bring it up cuz what happens in Vegas usually stays there but here's a little reminder....George Clooney, peppermint schnapps, and novels adapted for television.

What discussion? But, then again, I got a postcard from Lake Como last month...nothing much, just "Hi there! Had a great time, we should do it again." Now, if I could just remember what it was!!! But this would explain why I don't like peppermint any more!
