Whenever I answer the 'phone at work, I say "Good evening, {our city}[store-name]" So tonight, when I answered like that, the reply was " Where are you?" So I told him the address. So then he wanted to know what state I was in. And when I told him what state it was, I got "No...I'm trying to call..*mumble, mumble*" Followed by three minutes of

Ahhh drunk dialing....I remember those days. I had to be kept far away from phones. Glad I didnt have a cell phone back then.

Yes,we get all sorts of calls at work. Especially since we're next to a Ford dealership which just happens to have the same last name as our restaurant. Which meant I ended up getting about 4 calls from some guy who wanted to talk to "Michele"...and it wasn't until he said she was a service writer in the body shop that we both realized that he wanted the guys next door!

(It looks like the e-mail comment notification system is down on LJ, ...again. At least before, they were sending it to my SPAM folder. *sigh*)
