I've been working in this business for the last 23 years and something happened today that has never happened to me before. When I'm working one of the drive-thru windows, I'll sometimes joke with a customer that they've "brought me 'something'" ..if they have some pizza boxes, or subs or a cake in the front seat. I really was speechless, for a few seconds. It was so unexpected and sweet and thoughtful of them to take the time to do that.
