The daughter and SIL were on their way to the other side of the state to visit his parents. About 4:30 today I got a phone call from her, and I could tell by the sound of her voice that it wasn't good. They hit a patch of ice and slid off the road. The airbags deployed (and they always wear their seatbelts) but she got bumped about and so did he.

I hope so too! Fortunately, we have a wonderful insurance company (Nationwide, might as well give them a plug!) that really does take care of everything. *hugs back*

Oh my goodness I am so sorry to hear this! So scary! But thank goodness they are all ok! The rest can be dealt with. Hardship of course and I willj send prayers and good thoughts your way!

Thank you so much! She sounded so scared on the phone (who wouldn't be?!) and I was trying to stay calm and figure out what they could do. But they have plenty of people to take care of them while they're in Ludington. Thank you so much for the prayers and good thoughts! Much appreciated!
